Stripe handles subscription payments. Account status is updated by signed Stripe webhooks once configured. Manual status changes are recorded for support and staging.

Add a business manually

Creates an owner account and private workspace. Share the initial password securely with the owner; they should change it after signing in.

New businesses start with a 2-calendar-month Professional trial. Payment is required to continue when the trial ends.

Deleted businesses (recoverable)

Deleting removes access and hides the workspace, but retains its database and files for recovery. If Stripe billing is still open, cancel it in Stripe first. CrewCore checks Stripe again when you retry.

Manually grant a subscription

Use this for offline payments, complimentary accounts, or subscriptions you manage outside Stripe. Access is time-limited and audited. It does not charge a card or create a Stripe subscription.
